Tantra Is Not About Achieving Orgasm, It Is About Being Centered and in the Moment

Tantra is a gateway to become more mindful of your body and to be empty of the mind so that rather than focusing on goals you are in a state of bliss. We engage in Tantra to access our chakras and activate our dormant energies. When you become aware of your body's ability to feel profound energy you become more purposeful and more mindful when you relate to others. We learn how to be in control of our own bodies without expectation and we learn to relax and let go. Tantra is a form of yoga and we use our sexual energy to awaken our higher consciousness. We tap into our intuition and we learn to trust ourselves.
